Unecapsulated Crawlspace
This shows the state of the crawlspace before we had installed any products. While this area was not particularly wet area, we did need to install a drain in another area of the crawlspace.
Damp Ground in Crawlspace
Here you can see part of the crawlspace that actually does have some drainage issues. You can see the damp ground, which if left unchecked, can cause moisture and mold problems.
Installed Sump Pump
Here is the SuperSump pump that was installed in this crawlspace. The drain that was installed in the crawlspace leads to this pump, which them moves the water outside. This keeps water out of the crawlspace, keeping moisture levels down and mold from growing too much.
Basement area where Waterguard will be installed
This is part of the basement where the basement drain was installed. You can see in this photo that the wall and floor around the perimeter is discolored. This is mainly caused by water intrusion.
Installed Waterguard
Here you can see the installed Waterguard, as well as the CleanSpace liner. The CleanSpace liner allows the water that accumulates on the wall to easily reach the Waterguard where it gets drained out.
Another view of the installed Waterguard
This is another view of the installed Waterguard. Again, this area has the CleanSpace liner that helps to direct the water to the drain. You can also see a small gap between the wall and the floor. This is actually the Waterguard system and is open so that water can drain into from the basement floor.
