Mineral Deposits on Basement Wall
The white substances you see on the wall are mineral deposits that come from water entering the outside wall. Not only can you see the mineral deposits, but you can actually see the damp areas on the wall.
Installed Waterguard
While you cannot actually see the WaterGuard, this is what it looks like right after intstallaiton. We repave over the WaterGuard in order to make your basement as close to its original state as we can.
Another view of mineral deposits/damp wall
This is another view of the same area, you can see just how long the obviously wet/damp area goes. However, just because you can't see obvious signs of water intrusion on other parts of the wall, does not mean it isn't happening.
Installed Sump Pump
This is the sump pump that any water that gets collected by the CleanSpace and/or WaterGuard, runs off to. Once here, the water gets pumped outside the home.
Another view of the installed WaterGuard and CleanSpace Wall
This gives a better view of both the WaterGuard and the CleanSpace Wall. The CleanSpace helps to divert any water that comes through the walls to the WaterGuard. It also keeps moisture out of the basement and hinders mold growth.
