Our Overall Service
I think your process for collecting deposits should be more modern and let someone pay online vs mailing a paper check. Also if a day-of price increase occurs, then the customer should not have to pay for the entire amount difference. Having to buy a second sump pump was not a fun thing to learn about during this pandemic.

I thought the in-person appointment went well, and that they were knowledgeable of the install, but they made a mistake in quoting out the things needed that led to a day-of surprise of $800 extra.
