Insulation Removal
This is the crawlspace once our crew has removed the insulation. It looks a lot neater, but the best part hasn't been installed just yet.
Debris Removal
The installer in the back is at work removing debris from the crawlspace. The CleanSpace and Drainage Matting is usually affected by stray rocks and suck, but it's always a good idea to have rocks removed if the crawlspace is often frequented.
Drain Tile
The photo here shows the drainage pipe. We make a deep trench in the crawlspace floor and embed the pipe.
Drainage Matting
Before we install the CleanSpace, sometimes we install Drainage Matting over particularly rocky crawlspace floors. The matting is designed to direct water on the matting towards the pump.
SmartSump and Drainage Matting
Our SmartSump is installed and a space is cut out for it.
CleanSpace Finish
Finally, the CleanSpace is fully installed. This liner is carried high against the walls and sealed. Openings are allowed only for pipes and other products. Otherwise, the space is entirely sealed.
SmartSump and CleanSpace
The lid of the SmartSump is sealed tightly with the CleanSpace. This is to ensure no moisture from the dirt floor escapes into the air.
