Photo Album: Cullowhee, NC Crawlspace Has CleanSpace and SmartDrain Installed

Un-encapsulated crawlspaces cannot be left to their own devices. They are almost like small children. If left alone for too long, they may end up getting themselves into some unwanted trouble. And that, of course, is simply something we cannot have happen. Crawlspaces, especially those with dirt floors, are probably the source of many of the problems in your home. Cold floors, mold, and mildew are some of the symptoms you see in your home on a daily basis—if you haven’t encapsulated your crawlspace. This Cullowhee, North Carolina homeowner had quickly become aware of that fact. During that learning process, she decided to search for crawlspace encapsulation companies and found us, All-Dry of the Carolinas. We were able to speak with her, have her explain her concerns, and get her scheduled to meet with a Design Specialist for a free estimate. The Design Specialist was able to take his time and look around the entire crawlspace. While doing this, he performed a moisture test, took pictures, and documented his findings for later review. After he explored the crawlspace, he was able to set the homeowner down and discuss options to move forward.
