Wall Affected by Water Intrusion

This is the same wall that was shown in the previous picture, but more towards the door. As you can see, the further down the wall, the less water intrusion had occurred. However, having this water consistently getting into the basement (even a small amount further down the wall) can not only affect the home, but the health of the homeowners.
