Unencapsulated Crawlspace
This photo shows the crawlspace as it was before any work was done to it. While not in terrible shape, it could certainly use a little TLC. The main thing that can be seen in this photo is the condensation on the old crawlspace liner. This is obviously a problem because it means that there is too much moisture in the crawlspace, and most likely enough to grow mold.
Another View of the Crawlspace
This photo shows another area in the crawlspace before it was encapsulated. This was an interesting area because of the large hole in the wall with ducting going through it. The area was a little tighter than expected, but our crew was still able work around it and encapsulate the crawlspace correctly.
Last View of the Unencapsulated Crawlspace
One last picture of the unencapsulated crawlspace before our crew came in to install the CleanSpace liner. Again, the moisture under the old crawlspace liner can see throughout the entire picture. This was one of the main reasons that this homeowner called us out to encapsulate their crawlspace!
CleanSpace Rolled Out
Here is the first view of the installed CleanSpace liner! While this isn't a great view, it shows off some of the CleanSpace that was rolled out expertly by one of our crews.
More Installed CleanSpace Liner
Here is another view of the encapsulated crawlspace, using our CleanSpace liner. This photo shows quite a bit more than the last one. You can see in the far back of the photo how our crew installed CleanSpace all of the way up the walls of the crawlspace in order to keep even more moisture out.
