Now that Spring has started, we can say goodbye to Winter! However, we all know that Spring usually brings a lot of rain. While some of you may enjoy a nice thunderstorm or rainfall to bring out the flowers, your basement or crawl space will not feel the same way.

During the drier times of the year like late summer and during winter, you may not notice any water collecting or mold forming in your crawlspace, but when April comes, you will see the true colors of your basement or crawlspace! Increased rainfall will very quickly show any areas where water pools under your house. So check your crawl spaces!
